Last year the VeroGroup became the second biggest student accommodation company in the UK. We’ve been helping them with many different projects from internal wayfinding signage to email marketing campaigns.
In particular we have been working closely with the marketing team on the new branding. Much more than a simple change of colours and fonts, we worked with iQ to enhance the user experience. This involved changes in layout as well as significant development of back-end functionality using apis and bespoke coding to communicate with back end management and financial systems.
An ongoing project, to date we have not only enhanced the UX, we’ve also focused on finding ways for the internal marketing team to work more efficiently managing content and reducing cost of sale.
We also supported iQ with the internal wayfinding, producing hundreds of signs with a quick turnaround.
